We will be in Madison (first hallway, second to the last door on the left hand side, so opposite of where we're normally situated)

Starred room in case you needed a visual.

Looks like I didn't get the same room this year. Crossing fingers for 2026!

Does the Personal Agendas include a new adventure, or is it a repeat because the campaign is technically over?

It's a new adventure. 2 hours of a (generally) lighthearted adventure, with some tie-ins to previous official episodes, and 2 hours consisting of 10-15 minutes of focus on each player's backgrounds (either purchased or earned).

Edit: Oh, and the PAs this year will be focused on the Heroes of Altamira characters.

Officially, the Personal Agenda is so new I haven't even written it yet.

If you need an older session of Heroes of Altamira, look at the Flashbacks or Domingo Gigante. Those are the sessions we accomodate that sort of thing.

As for registration... queue system isn't perfect but it avoided a system crash for the first time since...ever?

The tracker was spot on for me in term of wait time.
Unfortunately, the 3 games i wanted (and 12 alternates) all vanished before I got in but it was efficient.

So the real problem is needing more GMs to run cool games not on my GM scheduled time

REGARDING THE CANGUINE EVENTS SELLING OUT AT ORIGINS

Mark will absolutely be planning to run Episode 1 of Canguine during Domingo Gigante. (Or episode 2 if preferred)

We might even coerce Ken into running a Domingo session as long as we get him at one of the other tables during the weekend.

I have nothing scheduled on Wednesday Night or Thursday afternoon. If there is sufficient walk up interest, we can go steal a table somewhere and I will run an overflow session.

So, I was able to sign up for HoA Personal Agendas Saturday a 1 PM, but for neither of the Rogues sessions. Will the GM allow more than 6 players at a table?

Unless a seat opens between now and then, I will most likely plan on taking Mark up on that offer. I was fortunate enough to get a seat to Episode 2 on Friday night, but no luck on Episode 1.

As Dave mentioned he will be running an extra 2 sessions at Origins (at least) and I will be running an additional session at DOMINGO GIGANTE! so there will be more slots available. We are going to try and accommodate as many folks as we can. We'll also be planning to do a careful headcount to make sure we can offer enough slots for the future also.

You pack your things, then go unpack them. Now you still need to pack.

Order something to bring to the con that probably won't be delivered in 2 weeks amd worry if it will show up.

Go to work like the rest of us and it will be game time before you know it.

The longer it takes 14 days to pass, the longer the 5 following will be.

1 week until games.

I should probably go buy some pants.

Or read one of those adventures I am running.

On the plus side, the PA is done.

Is it wrong that I've already started packing? (I'm using the guest room as my staging area....)
